TJPM’s main service covers the following four domains: construction projects management service, informational support service for construction projects, inspection and testing service for construction projects, and research & innovation services. The service TJPM could provide includes Project Pre-decision, Project Approval, Design, Construction, and even management services at all stages during the project’s operation (Engineering consulting, project management, project supervision, cost consultation, bidding agency, etc.), construction informational support services (project management information system, BIM technical services, enterprise-level project management platform establishment), construction engineering inspection and testing services.

在建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量潛在缺陷保險(xiǎn)領(lǐng)域，作為上海市首批TIS服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)，公司設(shè)有TIS事業(yè)部和IDI&TIS研究中心，在全行業(yè)較早開展TIS服務(wù)、業(yè)務(wù)開拓及理論研究工作。為確保TIS風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理服務(wù)質(zhì)量，公司對所有TIS項(xiàng)目實(shí)行“TIS總工－部門經(jīng)理－TIS項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理”三級管理服務(wù)控制體系。
目前公司從事TIS風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的專職人員為17名，TIS風(fēng)控專家30余名，大部分為本科、碩士及以上學(xué)歷，高級及以上職稱人員占85%以上，TIS項(xiàng)目主要負(fù)責(zé)人員的工程管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)均在15年以上，TIS項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)2年以上，專業(yè)涉及建筑、結(jié)構(gòu)、巖土、地質(zhì)、建筑材料、裝飾裝修、電氣、暖通、給排水、弱電等，TIS項(xiàng)目技術(shù)人員均持有國家注冊監(jiān)理工程師、國家注冊土木工程師（巖土）、國家一級注冊結(jié)構(gòu)工程師、美國項(xiàng)目管理資格認(rèn)證（PMP）、國家注冊咨詢師、國家一級注冊建造師、國家注冊造價(jià)師、國家注冊設(shè)備監(jiān)理工程師等證書。
為了更好地提供TIS服務(wù)，公司TIS事業(yè)部配備了回彈儀、混凝土鋼筋檢測儀、FLK紅外熱像儀、內(nèi)窺鏡和漏電開關(guān)檢測等設(shè)備，已在項(xiàng)目上檢測使用。利用這些檢測設(shè)備以針對混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度、混凝土鋼筋情況、外墻保溫、屋頂防水保溫層、套筒灌漿質(zhì)量以及開關(guān)插座漏電保護(hù)情況等進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場專業(yè)檢測，確保工程實(shí)體質(zhì)量符合驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的同時(shí)減少質(zhì)量潛在缺陷，為保險(xiǎn)公司的IDI業(yè)務(wù)保駕護(hù)航。
為推動風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理服務(wù)行業(yè)信息化與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化發(fā)展，公司已投入研發(fā)TIS業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)信息平臺，力求打造一個(gè)基于統(tǒng)一數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)的多項(xiàng)目整合+知識共享+資源協(xié)同的流程型工作平臺，實(shí)現(xiàn)各類項(xiàng)目信息、專家指導(dǎo)、業(yè)務(wù)知識的資源共享，保證信息平臺和業(yè)務(wù)的緊密結(jié)合，為TIS業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展提供數(shù)據(jù)支撐。
